“ The food was so good! The ambiance was a bit cutesie but I loved it! I swear we had our own personal server - at least it felt that way! We went for my son's birthday - he's 12 and loves sushi. Our server, Tim, was amazing and really invested in him having the best experience possible! It was fun because my kids and I got to enjoy loads of different things, although we can't eat more than we usually do so it probably wasn't worth the "all you can eat" but that's what my little one wanted! So much fun! Bring an ID and they will give you a lucky cat on your birthday! Tim, you were awesome and we had the best time! ”
“ It was perfect there food had so much flavors and so many options to choose from this is one of the best Japanese restaurants ”
“ Came here for all you can buffet for a weekday lunch, and it is great for the price point. During the peak hours it gets a little slow, but the place and the food is amazing. ”
“ We did the all you can eat dinner menu. I wish I could have tried more but I got full. The sushi was absolutely delicious. It was so fresh! I loved every roll I got. The fried rice was also very good. The restaurant is really clean. The decorations are cute. The vibe is great! Our waiter was also very nice and brought us everything fast. ”
“ Came here on a Saturday afternoon with a date. It was not crowded at all. The staff was very friendly and promptly sat us and took our ayce order. We tried the salmon, tuna, shrimp, red snapper, and crab stock sushi. They were decent, not the best best but for the price, it was good enough. We also tried the crab puff, and it was very good, perfectly fried and flavorful filling. We also got the sexy girl, shrimp tempura, and ninja maki. They were all pretty good. I definitely recommend these rolls. Their spicy seaweed salad was very fresh and tasty as well, great to eat in between sushi/maki. We also tried the shrimp tempura. The batter was good, not too oily, but the shrimp itself was a bit bland. It helps to dip in the sauce that came with the tempura. I do wish there was an option for Sashimi for lunch ayce. ”
“ One of a few AYCE sushi places in the Greater Boston area. There's definitely a line on the weekend so be ready to wait 30 minutes when you come at a peak time. The service can be a bit slow given that they are a lot of customers. You can order both sashimi, nigiri, hot foods, and dessert, which is great. The yellowtail we got that day was so fresh and fatty (so that gets one extra star for me). However, I think Yamato is better for AYCE sushi and it's more convenient if you live in the city. ”
“ Let me start off by saying this was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. We came for my 25th birthday. My family was excited to indulge in all you can eat sushi + sashimi for the evening. However, as we started putting orders in, we noticed some suspicious activity. 1. The waiter sent out 4-5x more of the cheaper sushi options than we had ordered. 2. The waiter sent out 0.01% of the "pricier" options (sashimi) that we had ordered, at a trickling pace slower than my morning commute. It took 1-2 hours for 8 pieces of sashimi to come out when our party of 10 ordered 30. 3. Combine 1-2, the strategy was clearly "get the customer stuffed on the cheap stuff, so they don't eat the good stuff." Our waiter was not helping. 1. He operated with lightning speed when taking orders and rarely visited us for follow-up. He also did not speak very clearly and would blame us for confusing him. It was all a show to get us out of there as fast as possible. 2. We had brought a birthday cake, which our waiter had the audacity to ask if we were ready for after maybe 10 mins of cheap sushi eating. 3. All of these shenanigans led to a pretty public argument between our party and management. So why is this 5 stars? After our complaint, our waiter brought out my birthday cake and generously sang happy birthday to us. He had lots of joy. We offered him and the staff some of the cake too. They were all happy and the general mood improved. It was as if World War II had ended and we were eating cake to celebrate. The ambiance became truly warm. Overall, we were scammed. Our time was wasted. The sushi was mediocre. But by the grace of Lebanese-Japanese relations, we ended the night with a peaceful and beautiful birthday celebration. Thank you Maki Maki! ”
